RACI Matrix

RACI is an acronym for responsibility assignment authority matrix for the four roles of "Responsible", "Accountable", "Consulted" and "Informed.".
RACI matrix is used to describe and determine the roles and responsibilities for a specific process.
It encourages teamwork by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and ownership.

Steps:

       -  Identify the process.

       -  Identify process stakeholder and their roles.

       -  Determine all activities in the process.

       -  Collaborate and assign each activity to the stakeholder roles.

       -  Create RACI Matrix

       -  Use collaborative tools like enterprise wiki or SharePoint platform to make the RACI visible for all stakeholders.

       -  Continually evaluate and update the RACI matrix based on process activities and/or roles and responsibilities changes.
