- What do i need to access the eLearning courses ?

   You need a computer with speakers and high speed Internet connection with the following requirements:
    Operating System  -    Linux or Microsoft Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP;  
    Internet Browser     -    Any Browser. (Internet Explorer 7 or higher recommended). 
                                      Flash Player          -   Adobe Flash Player (Free download from Adobe website);   
    Other                    -     JavaScript enabled, cookies enabled and XML support enabled;

     Course study guide will be emailed (usually within 24 hours) after course payment. 

- Can i contact the instructor for any questions related to the course?

- How much does the ITIL V3 Foundation exams cost ?

    Loyalist certification exam costs for web exams are:

     ITIL V3 Foundation Exam Cost: $150 (appox)
     ITIL V2 - V3 Foundation Bridge Exam Cost: $75 (appox)

- How do i take the ITIL exam  ?

- Can i take the web exam from my house ?

   No, You need to take the exam at a public location (Like a library or an office)

- Can anyone proctor (supervise) the exam  ?

   No. LCS has guidelines that candidates need to follow before selecting a proctor.  Basically proctor should NOT be related to the candidate and should not directly report to the candidate.

- How do i access the course ?

    Please download the course access instruction PDF page using the following link : Course Access PDF Document. 

- Can i extend my course duration ?

   Course is available for 45 days. If needed you can extended your course duration for a limited time by emailing support@governancetraining.com with proper explanation why candidate was not able to complete the course in the allocated time.

- What are the modes of course payment ?

   Course payments Course payments can be made by any of the following methods:
      - Credit Card Thru Paypal  OR
      - Paypal Account              OR
      - Cheque                          OR
      - Purchase Order.

      Note: Course access is granted automatically if payment is made using paypal account or credit card.
      For corporate users, please contact us to use purchase orders.

- Is there a discount for multi-user purchases ?

    Yes, Multi-User purchases have discounts. Please contact us for details.

     Note: We need a minimum of 5 students to create a corporate account and apply multi user discounts. 
              Discounts increase with the number of students (significant discount for more then 100 students).  
              Discounts apply for the course fee only. (We are only a pass-through for the exam fees).

- How do i pay for the course ?

    Steps for course payment and access are as follows:

    Step-1: Create an ID/password (http://www.governancetraining.com/aTutor/registration.php?register=Register)
    Step-2: Browse, select and request enrollment for the required course (http://www.governancetraining.com/aTutor/browse.php)
    Step-3: Click on the payments tab and click on the "PAY BY PAYPAL"  button to pay for the course
                by using your credit card if you DONT have a PAYPAL account
                or using your PAYPAL account (if you have PAYPAL account)
