ITIL V3 Foundation Exam Process
TGS currently supports web based exams only
Steps
There are two options for the candidates to register and take the exam
1. Web Cam Option (Preferred): For candidates taking an exam with a voucher and candidates purchasing an exam with a credit card (re-writes).
Steps:
1) After voucher is provided by your trainer, candidate clicks on https://lcms.lcsexams.com 2) Click the “REGISTER” button 3) Check “I have a voucher to redeem” and click OK 4) Enter the voucher number along with the candidate exam session information. (link here for detailed instructions)
2. Proctor Option (Limited ): For candidates taking an exam with a voucher and Exam Session ID.
1) After voucher and exam session ID is provided by your trainer, Candidate registers for the exam at LCS website after selecting a proctor (who agrees to supervise the exam as per LCS guidelines). 2) Five business days before the exam date, an e-mail is sent to the proctor with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Candidate Instructions, Supervisor Instructions and System Requirement. 3) Proctor Individual should call Loyalist Proctor Coordinator (details provided in email) for 10 minute training at least 2 business days prior to the exam session. 4) Proctor signs the Non-Disclosure Agreement and returns to Loyalist by either fax, e-mail or electronic signature within two business days of receipt. 5) Day before the exam, LCS will send candidate exam login details to Supervisor. 6) Candidates takes the exam (At a Public location like a library or office) under the supervision of the proctor.
Notes:
- A Proctor or Exam Supervisor is someone who oversees the exam.

For the exam candidate, a Proctor cannot be a relative or someone who reports directly to you. They need a basic knowledge of computers so they can conduct the web based exam.

Exam candidate (ie you) should select the proctor since Technology Governance Solutions is an eLearning company.
