The main process covered in continual service improvement is 7-Step Improvement Process which will be discussed indetail later in your course. Continual organizational service improvement could increase organizational competency, increase people process integration, minimize lost opportunities, assure regulatory compliance and ultimately provide ability to react to change quickly. Goals and objectives of continual service improvement are to review, analyze and make recommendations on improvement opportunities in each lifecycle phases and improve cost effectiveness of delivering IT services without sacrificing customer satisfaction and ensure application quality management methods are used to support continual improvement activities.
